Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Kent, Washington, is seeking Level 4 spray coating operators for aerospace primers and topcoats on varied geometries. You will handle HVLP equipment, ID pots, pumps and guns, and ensure proper thicknesses and quality while maintaining safety and equipment readiness.

Full-time role with shift from 2pm to 10:30pm; on-site work with thorough safety protocols. Training on day shift may be required for 1–3 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in spray application of aerospace primers and topcoats.
• NESHAP Operator Certification Training per 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart HHHHHH (training provided).
• Experience with spatter finishes, dry-film lubricants, conductive coatings, intumescents, and Teflon finishes.

Responsibilities

• Review work instructions for primer type, tolerance and thickness.
• Load, adjust and maintain HVLP coating equipment.
• Setup and operate conventional and airless ID pots, pumps and guns.
• Apply primers and topcoats to varied substrates and geometries.
• Maintain safety practices and share best practices with teammates.
