Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Burbank, CA is seeking a seasoned aerospace program leader to own complex NPI programs from development through production launch. You will drive schedules, budgets, phase-gate reviews, and risk management while aligning engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams across primes and Tier 1 suppliers, ensure ITAR/EAR compliance, and deliver on-time program execution with clear stakeholder reporting and cost control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in aerospace manufacturing or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Knowledge of phase-gate processes and NPI development.
• Fluency with schedule, cost, risk and program execution metrics.
• ITAR/EAR compliance awareness and applicable regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and production execution from concept through production launch.
• Own schedules, budgets and risk registers; provide stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Engage customers and primes to maintain alignment on scope and timelines.
• Apply lean phase-gate rigor to accelerate NPI and stabilize production.
