Job summary

Textron Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer for our Fort Worth, TX site to strengthen the Manufacturing and Process Engineering group within Operations Support.

You will collaborate with shop floors and production teams, support supplier coordination, and partner with engineering groups to maintain operational readiness across programs. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, new design and development initiatives, and problem-solving to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of engineering-related experience.
• Familiarity with applying engineering requirements to manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders beyond the immediate team.
• Ability to identify, report, and evaluate safety and quality risks.

Responsibilities

• Apply manufacturing engineering standards and improve tools as needed.
• Understand component/build processes and aircraft structure integration to support technical work.
• Provide solutions to technical problems and drive process improvements.
• Work under supervision following established procedures and meet critical milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
