Job summary

Textron is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the Manufacturing and Process Engineering group at Bell’s operations in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on driving smooth execution across production environments, collaborating with shop floors, supplier coordination, and cross-functional teams to keep programs moving forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
• At least 2+ years of engineering related experience required.
• Familiarity with applying engineering requirements to manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders beyond the immediate team.
• Ability to identify, report, and evaluate safety and quality risks.

Responsibilities

• Applying established manufacturing engineering standards and techniques.
• Understanding component and assembly build processes and structural integration.
• Providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and recommending improvements.
• Working under general supervision following established procedures for critical tasks.
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
