Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead the Drive Systems Center quality operations for salaried and union hourly staff. You will drive performance, safety, and cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

You will report to the Director of Quality Operations and collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Programs to sustain robust inspection processes and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required in a technical discipline.
• 12+ years in Quality Operations/Quality Engineering with at least 5 years leadership including union workforce experience.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 requirements and quality audits.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt with CI leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead salaried and hourly Quality teams and align with strategy.
• Drive quality performance using metrics, schedules, and manpower planning.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Programs, and CI to resolve material quality issues.
• Lead corrective actions, CI, and process improvements with root-cause analysis.
• Oversee MRB, nonconformances, and internal/external audits.
• Interface with FAA and DCMA, present quality information for milestones.
