Job summary

COMLUX AMERICA LLC, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Logistics Manager to lead planning, materials, warehousing, shipping, and inventory to support aircraft completion and manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure readiness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 7–10 years progressive experience in production planning, materials management, supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing planning, materials, inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operational support teams.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and related inventory management systems.
• Experience leading process improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Aerospace, aviation, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write/speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing and distribution to ensure materials are received, moved, stored, kitted, and shipped to support production needs.
• Manage domestic and international shipping and receiving to maintain material flow.
• Set departmental priorities, staffing, and resource plans to meet demand.
• Lead manufacturing kitting to ensure materials are picked, organized, and delivered per schedules.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain accuracy and appropriate safety stock.
• Develop and maintain planning, material control, warehousing, and logistics processes and procedures.
