Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program and 7 years civil engineering experience.
Bachelor Degree in Civil or related Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program and successful FE exam and 7 years civil engineering experience.
Master Degree in Civil Engineering and 6 years civil engineering experience.
Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures with strong software skills (AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM/Revit, Civil 3D, PLS, PLS-CADD, RISA-3D, MathCAD).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading discipline design for large projects and delegating tasks.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem solving.
Strong attention to detail, facilitation and teamwork.
Ability to travel.
PE License for California preferred.

Lead civil design of projects from conceptual phase through design completion.
Prepare civil equipment data sheets, RFQs, bid summaries, and purchase recommendations.
Review civil vendor drawings and interface with suppliers, clients and other disciplines.
Develop project schedule, scope, budget, staffing and construction planning; manage changes.
Quality review production drawings and construction administration for compliance and constructability.
Lead field inspections, measurements or calculations for clients.
Develop cost proposals and qualification statements to meet targets.
Prepare, present and manage project budgets and performance.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Ensure QA/QC adherence and safety compliance.
