Qualifications

• US citizenship required and ability to pass federal background check and drug screen.
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience including supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Experience in project execution within aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, procedures and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks for buildings, structures, and sites.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and professional development for staff.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost to ensure efficient project delivery.
