Qualifications

• Requires 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in project execution within aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, processes, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of tasks for buildings, support structures, and sites.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and staff development.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures, and QA requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Represent the engineering team in meetings with NASA stakeholders and partners.
