Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure technical excellence, and coordinate with program leadership to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions. The role requires 8–10 years of experience in engineering with supervisory duties, strong leadership and communication skills, and a US citizenship with the ability to pass a

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Registered Architect preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Experience in aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and quality management practices.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks for buildings, support structures, and sites.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and professional development for staff.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics for efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with program managers to align deliverables with client objectives.
• Represent the engineering team in meetings with NASA stakeholders.
