Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. You will guide design, analysis, and execution of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely, cost-effective solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise and proven leadership to manage people and processes in a federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Registered Architect is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks for building, infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures, and QA requirements.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to align deliverables with client objectives.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics for efficient execution.
• Represent engineering in meetings with NASA stakeholders and partners.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
