Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL.

The role focuses on technical excellence, cost control, and timely delivery under contract, interfacing with program leadership and NASA stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of relevant experience, a strong background in aerospace and engineering standards, and a PE or RA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant engineering experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with aerospace, federal, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering tasks for buildings, support structures, and sites.
• Provide technical direction, mentoring, and development for engineering staff.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and cost metrics for efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with Program Manager to align deliverables with client objectives.
• Represent engineering in meetings with NASA stakeholders and project partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
