Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of defense/aerospace manufacturing experience; military experience may substitute.
• Team Lead/Group Leader/ Supervisory experience desirable.
• Must be familiar with IPC/J-ST, AS and MIL specifications in defense/aerospace.
• Lean 6-Sigma knowledge; Green Belt a plus.
• General to Moderate computer skills.
• Must read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assembles electrical and electronic components, wiring harnesses, and other assemblies.
• Manufactures circuitry and wiring harnesses per M.O., drawings, changes, and customer specs.
• Interpret IPC/J-ST, AS, and MIL specs for defense/aerospace needs.
• Procure necessary tools, parts, and consumables for assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as individual contributor or as part of a team; lead when assigned.
• Ensure production goals are achieved.
• Training as needed.
