Job summary

Tyonek Native Corp in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Electronics Engineer Technician to design, develop, and test electrical and electronic equipment, components, and systems. You will perform analyses and support in all life-cycle phases of complex systems.

You will work on TPS/BIT/BITE, provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, and train customers on Army Automated Test Equipment. A Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Five years in related MOS or three years in technical trade.
• Must currently have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Must be a US citizen

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses, development, evaluation, updates, prototyping, fielding, and maintenance support for TPS and BIT/BITE.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and system repair for Army legacy equipment and test facilities.
• Deliver operator training for Army Automated Test Equipment and TPSs to customers.
• Conduct tests or experiments with standard and non-standard equipment, and record data.
• Extract and present technical data from field notes, manuals, and reports, identify errors, and select presentation methods.
• Supervise and inspect duties of Journeyman Engineering Technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
