Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney division is seeking a Customer Technical Service Senior Engineer to join the PW1500G/PW1900G Customer Technical Services team, supporting mechanical systems and nacelle hardware. You will resolve in‑service issues and work with airline operators, MROs, field service teams, airframers, and engineering experts worldwide to keep aircraft flying.

This role is U.S.-based with relocation eligibility. The salary range is 86,800 USD to 165,200 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field with minimum 5+ years of Engineering experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve in-service technical issues pertaining to mechanical systems or nacelle hardware.
• Coordinate with airline operators, MROs, field service teams, airframers and engineering experts worldwide.
• Develop customer-facing technical solutions and provide timely technical recommendations for safe fleet operation.
