Aero-Glen Int'l is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order entry, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, quality, and accounting. This is an in-office position designed to ensure accurate data capture and timely customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of data entry experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order book to support on-time delivery.
• Enter and verify vendor quotes, customer quotes, and sales orders with accuracy.
• Ensure sales orders are acknowledged as required.
• Respond promptly to requests and manage workload proactively.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Accounting.
• Handle information securely (CUI/FCI) as required.
