• Deep knowledge of U.S. government procurement, sustainment, and bidding processes.
• Experience translating technical capabilities and customer needs into capture strategies.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex pursuit execution.
• Citizen of the U.S. is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth strategy across military, government, and commercial aviation markets.
• Develop high-value opportunities and expand addressable capabilities.
• Guide complex pursuits from early identification through award and execution.
• Direct capture planning, proposal strategy, pricing coordination, and contract negotiations with stakeholders.
• Build and lead customer-facing teams and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Translate competitor activity and procurement signals into actionable recommendations.
