Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Aeronautical Engineer Asc Mgr - L4 to lead the harness design team for advanced aircraft platforms. You will oversee wiring diagram creation, harness fabrication, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

You will guide a team of engineers, manage programs, schedules, and budgets, and contribute to performance reviews and talent development within a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, a related engineering discipline, or equivalent post‑secondary education combined with relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Capital Logic, Creo, Cameo, or similar CAD tool.
• Experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics.
• Nominal knowledge and experience working with Earned Value.
• Must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate wiring diagrams and harnesses for large aircraft platforms.
• Determine scope, estimate, plan, and implement complex technical projects.
• Lead technical discussions in program‑level meetings and coordinate with support organizations, suppliers, and customers.
• Provide leadership for personnel, including performance reviews and career development.
• Manage EVMS, CAM duties, project scheduling, and resource loading.
