Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta, GA seeks a full‑time Harness Design Engineer for the AMMM program. You will design wiring diagrams and harnesses for large aircraft, collaborate with teams, and drive solutions to keep programs on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include interface with suppliers and customers, proposal development, and leadership in technical discussions. Requires a U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, with on‑site facility access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or aerospace engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions with support teams.
• Eligible for a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabrication of wiring diagrams and harnesses for large aircraft platforms.
• Assist with scope, estimate, plan, and implementation of complex projects.
• Develop solutions and work‑arounds to maintain schedule and budget.
• Interface with support organizations, suppliers, and customers.
• Proposal development, quoting, and technical check; production/flight‑line fault isolation.
• Lead technical discussions to meet program requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to maintain flow through revisions and QA resolutions.
