Job summary
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electrical Engineer Sr Stf for the Aeronautics Harness Design team. You will lead harness design efforts for the AMMM program, ensuring robust wiring solutions that meet aerospace standards.
You will design wiring diagrams and harnesses for large aircraft, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and interface with suppliers and customers to align requirements. Strong leadership and CAD/Wiring tool experience are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Design experience with harness, wiring, or cable schematics.
- Familiarity with wiring/harness design tools listed.
Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate wiring diagrams and harnesses for large aircraft platforms.
- Define scope, estimate, plan, and execute complex technical projects.
- Develop solutions and workarounds to protect schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with support, suppliers, and customers to align requirements.
- Lead technical discussions in program meetings to meet goals.
