Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in aerospace/space systems with leadership experience.
• Experience designing and producing aerospace electrical harnesses and interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the harness engineering team with technical direction and career development.
• Oversee design, development, validation, and certification of harness systems.
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements and aerospace standards.
• Drive program execution to meet cost, quality, schedule goals.
• Collaborate across design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and programs.
