Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of aerodynamic analysis and design experience for turbomachinery or related field.
• U.S. government export control restrictions apply; posting limited to U.S. persons.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction for aerodynamic programs from concept through product validation.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and manage program plans, milestones, budgets, resources, and schedules for NPI/NTI commitments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead global multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration.
• Technical Coaching: Mentor team members in advanced aerodynamic design and analysis techniques.
• Innovation & Process Improvement: Integrate cutting-edge tools and AI/ML strategies to improve workflows and design quality.
• Governance: Ensure work complies with ISO standards and design practices; document and schedule work.
