GE Vernova seeks a Technical Leader for Aerodynamics to drive design excellence for the gas power portfolio. You will lead global aero teams, bridging conceptual design and validation while mentoring engineers to advance NPI/NTI programs.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with Mechanical, Thermal, and Performance teams, and the integration of AI/ML to optimize design cycles and ensure product reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 8 years of aerodynamic analysis and design experience for turbomachinery.
• This role requires U.S. export control compliance and eligibility for U.S. employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction and oversight for assigned aerodynamic programs from concept to validation.
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, budgets, resources, and schedules for NPI/NTI commitments.
• Lead global, multi-disciplinary teams to align with program goals and ensure seamless design integration.
• Mentor team members in advanced aerodynamic design and analysis techniques.
• Partner with ADT and GE Vernova ARC to integrate cutting-edge technology and improve design practices.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML strategies to optimize design cycles and long-term performance.
• Oversee root cause analysis for field issues and apply Lean principles to design improvements.
• Ensure work is scheduled, documented, and compliant with ISO standards and design practices.
