Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc. seeks an experienced AEM Architect to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager solutions across platforms. You will drive architecture, integrations with Adobe Cloud products, data strategy, and DevOps automation, optimizing performance and security.

Collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams, you will define technical solutions, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, maintainable AEM architectures across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting enterprise-scale AEM solutions across complex ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead technical design reviews and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-scale AEM solutions.
• Lead AEM implementation, migration, upgrade, and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define technical solutions.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable AEM architecture.
• Develop technical roadmaps and solution blueprints.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud products and external enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural governance across projects.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and best practices within the AEM ecosystem.
• Support cloud deployments and DevOps automation.
• Mentor developers and review solution designs and code quality.
• Participate in effort estimation, planning, risk management, and project delivery.
