Qualifications

• 5+ years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies.
• 3+ years delivering or re-launching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other WCM platforms.
• 2+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst, translating requirements into user stories.
• 3+ years working with AEM Sites and Assets, including taxonomy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design/development of AEM solutions.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, facilitate sessions, and drive feature prioritization.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, metadata mapping, governance and execution planning.
• Provide oversight across Adobe Assets/Analytics setup and configuration.
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and aligned.
• Mentor team members and support client relationships with stakeholders.
