• Excellent written, verbal, and visual storytelling for Product and executives.
• Prioritization of high-impact issues amid competing demands.
• Experience using data analytics and AI-assisted tools to investigate signals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured listening approach across AECO customer signals to identify, validate, and prioritize systemic pain.
• Build product and technical context to investigate issues across a broad AECO portfolio.
• Engage customers and internal partners to validate issues, test assumptions, and deepen understanding.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence into a clear case for action with impact, unknowns, and next steps.
• Connect patterns across issues, products, and workflows to shape priorities and ownership.
• Influence Product, Engineering, and other senior partners with an evidence-based viewpoint.
• Turn decisions into scalable actions, including guidance and improvements for customer-facing outcomes.
• Follow prioritized issues through to closure and measure impact on pain reduction and productivity.
