This senior, client-facing position focuses on bringing in work and expanding services with key agencies, municipalities, and industry partners through strategic pursuit and capture planning.

Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years in the AEC industry with a strong BD focus.
• Proven track record of winning consulting work, ideally with transportation agencies.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to secure new consulting contracts.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies for key pursuits.
• Coach proposal teams and position Volkert effectively.
