Volkert Inc. in Utah is seeking a senior Business Development/Marketing Manager to lead growth for the Volkert West Region in Cottonwood Heights.

This client-facing role focuses on winning consulting work across engineering and construction management services, not just marketing support. You will build and nurture relationships with key clients such as UDOT and municipalities, develop pursuit strategies, and guide proposal teams while traveling 3–5 days per week to meet with clients and attend

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry with a strong focus on business development.
• Proven track record of winning work, ideally with UDOT and/or municipalities.
• Strong client relationships and understanding of the Utah market.
• Experience leading pursuits, capture planning, and proposal strategy.
