Job summary

UCB is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Neuromuscular for the Cleveland territory. You will be an expert on neurology-related practices and patient populations, building relationships with physicians, clinics, payers, and patient groups while delivering targeted, ethical sales efforts.

You will master brand messaging, digital tools, and multichannel strategies to drive high-impact, compliant customer experiences across segments, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed territory sales objectives with ethics and integrity.
• Advocate for Rare Disease patients and educate on UCB resources for physicians, pharmacists, and providers.
• Create and execute strategic business plans reflecting local market conditions.
• Master disease-state knowledge and treatment drivers across patient journeys.
• Expand expertise of treating physicians, payers, hospital systems, and care continuum stakeholders.
• Collaborate with payer access to maximize patient access and affordability.
