Job summary

UCB Inc. seeks an Account Executive Sr. - Neuromuscular for the Cleveland territory.

You will be the local expert on neurology-focused care pathways, building relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare teams to drive launches and access for patients with Rare Diseases. You will lead multichannel marketing and sales initiatives, translating brand messaging into tailored experiences for diverse HCP segments while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field-based experience in sales, account management, and/or field reimbursement in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare, incl. 5+ years in a competitive specialty market segment.
• 4+ years of Rare Disease experience in pharmaceuticals/biologics with Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB delivery models.
• Verifiable record of sustained high sales performance and achievement in top 30% nationally.
• Experience/involvement in successful product launches.
• Ability to maximize impact of multichannel/digital tools with territory HCPs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed territory sales objectives while operating with the highest ethics and integrity.
• Advocate for Rare Disease patients and serve as the authority on UCB tools for physicians, pharmacists, and health care providers.
• Create and execute strategic business plans reflecting local market conditions.
• Master disease states with deep understanding of patient journeys, standards of care and treatment drivers.
• Expand expertise of treating and referring physicians, payers, hospital systems, pharmacies, labs, and care continuum stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with payer landscape to maximize patient access and affordability; collaborate with payer access team.
• Foster relationships with patient advocacy groups and support patient education and disease awareness activities.
