Job summary

Omega Technical Services is seeking an Advisory Engineer - Project Engineer to support ongoing operations in Aiken, SC. The role involves initiating technical programs, guiding complex problem solving, and coordinating across disciplines to implement robust solutions.

You will influence technical direction and mentor junior staff within a fast-paced environment. Applicants should bring DOE/DoD experience, EVMS expertise, and a track record of managing large engineering programs.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS required with extensive engineering experience across domains.
• Ability to lead complex technical programs and mentor others.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOE/DoD clearances.

Responsibilities

• Initiate own technical programs and make recommendations to management on technical programs.
• Address complex technical problems using cross-disciplinary knowledge and analysis of customer needs and technology trends.
• Provide leadership in determining solutions to complex problems and coordinate with other departments.
