Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered PE licensure in any state is strongly preferred.
• Provide engineering and design direction leadership and management for assigned projects.
• Integrate engineering resources; establish design criteria, forecasts, schedules and tools.
• Manage document control, project controls and quality engineering sections.

Responsibilities

• Initiate technical programs and recommend solutions based on customer needs and technology trends.
• Lead solutions across disciplines and coordinate with other departments.
• Prepare plans with schedules, budgets and personnel requirements for solving major tasks.
• Mentor junior professionals in communication and design knowledge.
• Oversee baselines, cost and schedule management for engineering activities.
