Qualifications

• Provide leadership in solving complex technical problems and guide program planning.
• Manage design criteria, schedules, budgets, and personnel for major tasks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance for government work.
• Experience with EVMS tools and cost/schedule control.
