Job summary

SRNS is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive technical programs, provide design direction, and manage complex projects. The role requires coordinating with management, engineering, facility, operations, and QA teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure program objectives align with strategic goals while reporting progress to oversight groups and professional societies.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Valid driver's license required
• Personal vehicles must have valid registration and be insured
• Registered PE licensure strongly preferred
• Experience providing engineering and design direction, leadership, and management for projects

Responsibilities

• Initiate technical programs and recommend programs based on customer needs and trends
• Solve complex technical problems in areas of expertise
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in a functional specialization
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and quality assurance requirements for major tasks
• Monitor progress, expenditures, schedules, and quality of work
• Lead implementation of quality initiatives and coordinate with multiple departments
• Mentor junior professionals in communication skills and technical knowledge
• Maintain technical credibility through reports, presentations, and participation in national organizations
