Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Strategic Planning Senior Advisor in Bloomfield, CT to lead the development and execution of strategic engagement programs such as Patient Advisory Boards, Client and Consultant Advisory Boards, and executive engagement initiatives.

You will translate business priorities into measured program strategies and collaborate with the Events Center of Excellence and cross-functional teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• 5+ years in strategy, strategic planning, or advisory programs.
• Develop strategy and translate into executable plans, governance and outcomes.
• Experience leading high-visibility cross-functional programs with senior leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with enterprise alignment.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program strategies with defined outcomes and measures.
• Shape advisory board models including PAB, Client, and Consultant boards.
• Design executive engagement programs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own integrated program plans with governance, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish insights and continuous improvement across programs.
• Build trusted partnerships and influence across stakeholders.
