Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects at the Naval Reactors Facility. You will define scope, develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, resource planning, managing subcontractors, and presenting progress to management and stakeholders. A strong PM certification and extensive construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction project management and project teams to meet objectives.
• Define scope, plan, and work breakdown structures for major projects.
• Develop cost estimates, resources-loaded schedules, and manage budget.
• Assess risks, manage subcontractor relationships, and coordinate stakeholders.
