Job summary

You will work closely with correctional facilities, Adams State faculty, and external partners to support student success and ensure alignment with university policies and transfer processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train Advisors within a program.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and advising for incarcerated or non-traditional student populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train Prison Education Program Advisors.
• Serve as Pell advisor for recruitment, admissions, FAFSA, and degree planning.
• Coordinate transfer of students into Adams State programs and advise incarcerated students via print-based coursework.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, faculty, and external partners to support student success.
