Savvy Wealth is seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting to join our Strategic Growth team in New York City. You will attract and nurture financial advisors with transferable books of business through outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach.

You will partner with the Advisor Growth team to define target profiles, engage candidates via phone, email, and social media, and build a high-quality pipeline aligned with Savvy’s values and expansion plans.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in full-cycle recruiting or sales is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; higher education is a plus.
• Strong drive to hit targets and build rapid rapport via calls or video.
• Experience using CRM tools to track leads and activity.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential financial advisors.
• Research target companies to understand needs and challenges.
• Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and pain points.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and accounts.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Support development and execution of recruiting strategies.
