Job summary

Savvy Wealth in New York City seeks a Strategic Growth professional to drive onboarding of top-producing financial advisors. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, leveraging Savvy’s AI-enabled platform and in-house marketing and support.

You’ll partner with the SDR team to qualify inbound/outbound opportunities, tailor pricing, and navigate advisor transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant quota-carrying sales experience.
• Deals sized $150K–$1M ARR.
• Deal cycles 1–12 months.
• Selling to senior executives and owners.
• Proficiency with revenue tools and CRM (Salesforce) and sales/marketing tools (LinkedIn, Outreach, Gong).

Responsibilities

• Bring top-producing financial advisors to Savvy by selling the Savvy value proposition.
• Partner with the SDR team to engage prospects and qualify them as a fit.
• Identify pain points and tailor the sales process accordingly.
• Lead recruiting processes to demonstrate Savvy's platform and capabilities.
• Understand pricing and transferability to tailor contracts for advisors and Savvy.
