Job summary

Quantum Work Advisory, a dynamic subsidiary of Allegis Group, specializes in workforce technology and workforce transformation advisory services. We help organizations design and execute Extended Workforce strategies and operating models, working with senior Procurement, HR, Talent, and IT leaders to assess programs and craft roadmaps.

The Senior Consultant role emphasizes discovery, governance design, and future-state solutions, not hands-on technology configuration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related domains.
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience delivering assessments and advisory engagements.
• Experience with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce technologies preferred.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong advisory and consulting skills with executive-level presence.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead client advisory engagements focused on Extended Workforce strategy and transformation.
• Apply QWA’s consulting and design thinking methodologies to assess current-state programs and define future-state solutions.
• Design and facilitate on-site and virtual workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings and align on direction.
• Prepare and present executive-level recommendations, insights, and decision materials.
• Assess MSP, services procurement, and Extended Workforce programs across governance, processes, and capabilities.
• Design future-state operating models including governance structures, RASCI models, and funding approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce visibility, compliance, cost management, and experience.
• Build clear roadmaps supporting program maturity and long‑term success.
