Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, consulting, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Extended Workforce strategy, operating model design, and program optimization.
• Lead discovery, assessment, and future-state design for clients.
• Design and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings and align on direction.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and roadmaps.
