Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Senior Advisor, Office of the CEO, to support the President and CEO and senior executives. You will advance strategic priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide analytical and advisory support on day-to-day activities.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will help prepare materials for the Board and committees, lead high-impact projects, and mentor new analysts while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in business operations analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive presentation experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Drives the delivery of analytical support to the enterprise, optimizing data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Acts as a key consultant to stakeholders, presenting complex analytical findings and recommendations on business operations.
• Creates and monitors performance dashboards to track KPIs and support process improvements.
• Evaluates business operations processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performs analyses and evaluates risk requirements, communicating mitigations to leadership.
• Meets with stakeholders to identify project requirements and provide periodic updates through to completion.
• Develops scenarios for business planning considering financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Trains newly hired analysts through mentorship.
• Ensures protection of assets and data with high standards of conduct and integrity.
