Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Advisor, Project Management to lead large PM teams and drive successful delivery for health and human services clients. You will plan, track, and report milestones, budgets, and objectives across all project phases, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.

This role requires 9+ years of PM experience, PMP or Catalyst expertise, strong budgeting and stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate strategic goals into

Qualificações

• 9+ years leading complex PM programs across full lifecycle.
• Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred (3+ years).
• Proficient in PM methods such as Catalyst or PMP.
• Strong budgeting, tracking and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more large project management teams by breaking down programs and staffing.
• Plan, track, and oversee tasks with deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with client and project leadership; share metrics and status; create schedules, budgets and objectives across all phases.
• Support Director of Implementation driving Payment Integrity growth strategy and accelerates implementation and revenue.
• Support growth by preparing detailed SOWs and assisting with proposals and business development.
