Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Twelve or more years of project management experience.
• Experience with Catalyst including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies including earned value management, project management software and finance and accounting concepts.
• Experience with quality management approaches and delivery assurance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of budgets and schedules for large programs.
• Monitors project status, risks, and deadlines; communicates with client management.
• Manages client expectations and project metrics to ensure performance.
• Provides leadership to project teams and allocates resources as needed.
• Prepares program operating and personnel budgets for approval and tracks spending.
