Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to independently review advertising, marketing, and communications materials for regulatory compliance. You will interpret state insurance, FINRA, and SEC rules, coordinate filings, and advise business partners on necessary remediation, while supporting regulatory exams and audits.

The role is hybrid with three days in an office per week at a Denver hub, with relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, risk management, compliance or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain compliance clearly to partners.
• Ability to coordinate reviews, filings, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently review, analyze, edit and approve advertising, marketing, and communications materials to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate filings with state insurance departments or regulators as needed.
• Provide guidance to business partners regarding advertising compliance standards and remediation decisions.
• Assist regulatory examinations, internal reviews, and audits; gather information and support responses.
