Transamerica in Denver, CO seeks a Regulatory Compliance professional to help build and sustain a strong compliance program. You will work with Legal, Operations, Sales, and product teams to ensure adherence to evolving state and federal requirements.

Responsibilities include leading regulatory change initiatives, coordinating filings, and providing guidance on process improvements. This hybrid role offers competitive pay and benefits while supporting our customers and communities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, risk management, compliance or related field.
• 5+ years of regulatory compliance, insurance, or related experience.
• 2+ years in insurance or regulatory change management.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and product teams.
• Knowledge of state insurance, ERISA, DOL, or related regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Own assigned regulatory change initiatives and compliance projects.
• Review processes, controls, policies, products for regulatory adherence.
• Research and interpret current, new, and proposed laws and guidance.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and regulatory developments; recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate state regulatory filings and respond to regulator questions.
• Document procedures, findings, and corrective action plans.
