Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for the Restaurants and Drinks vertical within Large Customer Sales. Based in NYC or Chicago, you will collaborate with Client Partners to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and deepen relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 advertisers.

Responsibilities include leading campaigns, guiding cross-functional teams, educating partners, and shaping the ads roadmap with client feedback.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
Restaurant and Drinks client experience preferred.
Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners.
Entrepreneurial approach to product, process, and client challenges.
Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.
High attention to detail.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.
Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive Reddit revenue growth.
Lead and execute campaign launches end-to-end and deliver insightful optimizations.
Manage internal operations for revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
Educate brands and media agencies on value proposition and best practices.
Advise clients on awareness and direct response objectives and craft media plans.
Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve hurdles.
Represent client needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
Shape Reddit's native ads roadmap by sharing client feedback and metrics.
Mentor and train team members.
