Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Senior Advanced Test Engineer to design, develop, integrate and sustain complex test consoles for reaction wheels and control moment gyros, supporting production and new product development.

You will contribute technically and in project management, report to the Sr Systems Eng Manager, and work onsite at the Glendale site with up to 5% travel. The role emphasizes hardware and software test optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the test engineering field developing hardware and automated software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Responsibilities

• Design digital and analog signal conditioning circuits and select COTs hardware for test consoles.
• Develop software in LabVIEW for manufacturing test and govern configuration management for test console releases.
• Manage and release engineering packages through development and sustaining lifecycles; develop IMS schedules; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
