Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering or math)
• 7+ years in Systems Engineering (Avionics, Radar, Aerospace)
• Experience in system-level analysis and optimization
• Knowledge of avionics, RF/aerospace systems and industry standards
• Experience with MBSE approaches and model-based design is a plus
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools
• US person status required: citizen, permanent resident or protected status

• Analyze flight data to identify performance issues and ensure system requirements are met before certification
• Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, and test engineers to understand customer requirements and provide solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, ideally in the Avionics, Radar, Aerospace or related disciplines
• Proficiency in system-level analysis and optimization
• Knowledge of avionics, aerospace, RF or related systems and industry standards
• Experience using AI/ML for tools/requirements for product enhancements is of value
• Experience with System Integration is of value
• Flight Test & Simulation Integration experience is of value
• Model-Based Systems Design and Development (MSBE) experience is of value
• Familiarity with architecting and using simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar is of value
• Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
