Job summary

Everpure is seeking an experienced manager to lead part of our fast-growing Advanced Services organization across EMEA and LATAM. You will build, lead, and manage a team of Architects delivering high-value projects with partners and customers in the region.

You will recruit, mentor, and guide your team to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience, partnering with Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to design scalable data management solutions that deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Strong leadership across Advanced Services with a track record of growing multi-country teams.
• Strategic knowledge of services sales processes and business acumen.
• Ability to develop, lead, and inspire services-focused teams to overachieve goals.
• Understanding of competitive dynamics in data storage and related markets.
• Experience with large Enterprise and Global accounts across EMEA & LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture delivery team across EMEA/LATAM per established standards.
• Foster collaboration with Sales, Sales Engineers, Product Management, Engineering and other leaders.
• Engage in pre-sales with customers, presenting Advanced Services capabilities and value.
• Oversee architecture teams to ensure customer satisfaction across accounts and projects.
• Provide coaching and develop direct reports through performance reviews.
• Guide and implement Advanced Services, Customer Experience, and corporate initiatives regionally.
• Manage escalations from CSAT issues across time zones and languages.
• Provide market feedback to help shape new services based on regional needs.
